Jessica is an experienced social worker with years of hands on case work experience. After earning her master’s degree in social work from Syracuse University, she went on to become a counselor in family preservation services at Catholic Charities. There, she developed treatment plans and conducted intensive, in-home crisis intervention. Following Hurricane Sandy, she rose to become a case management supervisor of the disaster relief effort. Since then, she has expanded her role in managing a team of case workers, overseeing county wide homeless prevention programs.
